Before you hire our service we will come out to your business and provide you with a Free Carpet Inspection. What's a carpet inspection? It's an incredibly detailed evaluation of your carpet, including your wear and traffic patterns, your soil levels inside the building, the exterior walk-up to your building, your vacuum cleaners and vacuuming program, your spot treatment program, etc. In other words, it's a very useful way for you to see exactly what's going on with your carpet. We will also make suggestions for helping you to get the most out of your carpeting investment. The service is free, regardless of whether you decide to have us clean your carpet or not. 

And We'll Provide a Free Demo - So You'll Know What You Can Expect
After we inspect your carpet we will also provide you with a Free Demo of our service. We believe that a presentation without a demonstration is merely a conversation. We Don't Give "Estimates"
What good is an "estimate" anyway? ... At Bayly's we don't give "estimates" - we'll let you know exactly where you stand before we begin. We will provide a written service proposal and in most cases a service contract. So you'll have everything in writing and you'll know exactly what you can expect from us. And then we'll deliver on what we've promised.
